Campaign period (Purchase invoice is required to prove that participants have purchased within the following period.)

– Campaign Period Ends: November 15, 2021 at 23:59 (GMT+8)

Registration period (Participants must register within the following period)
– Registration Period Begins: October 15, 2021 at 13:00 (GMT+8)
– Registration Period Ends: December 6, 2021 at 23:59 (GMT+8)

How it works:
1. Participants must purchase the CoolWallet Pro product through one of the following channels:
-Cryptobilis, authorized retailers of CoolBitX.
– CoolWallet official website,
– CoolWallet official storefront on Amazon,

2. Participants must fill out the “Registration Form” on the CoolWallet Lucky Draw page within the registration
period.

3. CoolBitX will announce the winners of the campaign on December 13, 2021 at 05:00 p.m. (GMT+8).

4. Winners must provide the required documentation before December 20, 2021 (Ends at 23:59 GMT+8) in
order to claim their prize. The required documentation includes:
(a) purchase Invoice (copy of your CoolWallet Pro invoice)
(b) receiving wallet address (the wallet address to receive the prize)

5. CoolBitX will send out the prizes to the winners by December 31, 2021 at 23:59 p.m. (GMT+8).

Terms & Conditions:

1. The CoolWallet Lucky Draw campaign only applies to the participants who purchase the CoolWallet
Pro product through one of the listed channels within the campaign period.

2. For compliance purposes, customers from the following sanctioned countries are not eligible to
participate in this campaign: Sudan, Syria, North Korea, Cuba, Iran, and Venezuela.

3. For verification purposes, winners are required to submit a copy of the purchase invoice and the
receiving wallet address to CoolBitX before the said deadline in order to claim the prizes. Participants
acknowledge that failure to submit any of the aforementioned required documents and/or failure to
complete the above process before the deadline may lead to the forfeiture of your prize.

4. The soft copy of your purchase invoice has to be clear. If the product name and/or purchase date
cannot be recognized, your prize may be cancelled.

5. Each participant may only apply for two lucky draws. One card number for one draw.

6. CoolBitX reserves the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions in connection with the
CoolWallet Lucky Draw Campaign at any time and in our sole discretion. Any changes or modification
will be effective immediately upon posting and you have agreed to waive any right you may have to
receive specific notice of such changes or modifications.
